The Cut Floor Tracking application is designed to track carcasses from Vendor to Finished Goods. This system was designed to take carcass tracking from the Kill Floor (V100T Trolley ID System) through the Cut Floor. User-friendly setup screens allow the customer to customize the number and location of operator input stations. These operator input stations can be located anywhere in the process. Real time activity log shows trolleys in queue, carcasses on breakup table, and any defects detected. Provides extensive historical data for carcass, lot, and defect analysis and reporting
